The private beach access and buggy rides for beach trips were a highlight at Holiday Inn Resort Goa. the lush greenery was well-maintained, and the staff was accommodating, especially at the Beach Grill. While the transport desk could improve its pricing transparency, the overall comfort and service were consistent and commendable. Relaxing at the spa, enjoying beachfront amenities, and exploring nearby landmarks like Betul Fort and Mobor Beach enhanced our family bonding time.

The hotel's location was lovely, near great local restaurants with a local market and local markets within walking distance.

The location was perfect and best possible, to serve khichdi in the evening as the restaurant was shutting down one evening with easy access to a local market and local markets. There was an à la carte restaurant nearby. The breakfast was large and varied with healthy options, and the food was good😀

The room was beautifully maintained with a stunning view of the lawns and pool. The bedroom was large and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is located in a lovely spot on the quiet white sands of Cavelossim. The building has a contemporary style that adds to the overall charm of the resort.

Really good facilities in general, prime location in the restaurant arranged khichdi from another restaurant.

Food at the in-house restaurants was very average. Lot of confusion at the front desk since it was a busy time. Staff was extremely busy and could not devote adequate time to people checking in/ checking out.

The location is marvelous, in the Cavelossim Beach district, really close to restaurants and the Arabian Sea. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a nice garden view and Carrom, and they care about everyone.

I stayed here for 8 nights and tried both their buffet food and the a la carte restaurant. 🍽️

It is only thanks to some staff in the hotel that we managed to have a decent stay. otherwise everything else was a disappointment.

Both Booked.net and Holiday inn messed up our stay at this place: at the outset i had booked for pool view...we got garden view. We had booked for inclusive of breakfast the email booking we got back from Booked.net was without. We had booked for King size bed.. what we got was twin share. Overall the entire booking and reservation process between Booked.net and holiday inn was messed up and a disaster. So i am already recommending to all my friends to never book through Booked.net and never book at Holiday INN. Terrible experience.

Few problems with maintenance, door handle was loose, tv remote was not working but when reported, it was attended immediately.

The hotel has recently renovated rooms with a stunning garden view and a fantastic location near a casino in Panjim; the a la carte restaurant offers delicious food.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful and absolutely fabulous. The staff, especially duty manager Mr John, are the best. The location is incredible. The breakfast is tasty with a variety of Goan and South Indian dishes.

this hotel was beautiful and fabulous with dedicated staff with all the services. the location was beautiful and amazing, close to the most cleanest beach in goa, a waterfront and the arabian sea, in a truly beautiful area. in betty's place you could have continental meals.
